 Attention students: Water bottles are allowed in the classroom however, they must be sealed and clear. If you bring a refillable water bottle it must be clear and empty. You may fill them up with water when you get to school. Please review page 14 in your student handbook. Colored water bottles are not allowed here on campus.

After school enrichment will start today, September 12th

 We are in the fourth week of school and mid-term reports will go out this week.  Be sure you are doing your best work and turning your assignments in!

Today, September 12th Upward Bound will be here during the lunch blocks.

Tomorrow, September 13th there will be a Student Council meeting from 3-5pm.

Lincoln Tech College/NADC- Rep. Lance Ruebel will visit our juniors and seniors during the lunch block on Wednesday, September 14th.

 Yearbook sales contest this month till September 21st. The class with the most sales percentage will have a pizza party! Each sale will get an individual ticket for a $50 gift card. See Dr. Trover for forms and more information.   

All juniors and seniors who would like to visit Harris Stowe University in St. Louis on September 20th need to sign-up in the guidance office. Deadline to sign-up will be on Wednesday, September 14th

Educator Rising Club members turn your permission slips in to Dr. Trover by Wednesday, September 14th. Shirt sizes are needed for the order.

 On Thursday, September 15th there will be a FFA meeting from 3-5pm.

 All FCCLA dues and money for t-shirts are due by September 28th to be considered a member. The total is $27.00.

Attention all juniors and seniors who would like to visit Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN on October 13th there is a sign-up sheet in the guidance office. Deadline to sign-up will be Monday, October 3rd.

 On Saturday, October 22nd there will be a Firemen’s Fall Festival Parade in Mounds, if any club or organization are interested in participating vendor applications are in the guidance office.

 On Saturday, October 22nd the Annual Pulaski Pecan Bonanza will be in Pulaski, IL from 8am to 4pm. The parade will start at 1:30pm.

 All juniors and seniors who would like to visit the college fair in Sikeston, MO on Oct 25th there is a sign-up sheet in guidance office. Deadline to sign-up will be Monday, October 3rd.

 Attention: Seniors –VFW Scholarship opportunity – Deadline October 31st. Please see guidance if interested. 

 Students: Grades 6 through 12 interested in the Congressional App Challenge see Ms.Bremer or guidance. The deadline is November 1st and winners will be announced in December.

 Activities:

21st Century Enrichment will take place in both building from 3-5pm. MS Softball- Game at Dongola. Bus leaves at 3:15pm.

MS Baseball- Game at Unity Christian. Bus leaves at 2:45pm.

HS Baseball- Game at Pope County. Bus leaves at 2:25pm.

HS Volleyball –Practice 3-6pm.

HS Cross Country – Practice from 3-5pm.
