Due to the inclement weather this week we have decided to move our Homecoming week to the week of January 27th. We will play our homecoming game January 28th vs Vienna starting with varsity girls at 5:00 pm. Our homecoming dance will be January 31st at 7:30.

Meridian CUSD #101 will be closed on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 due to inclement weather.
Meridian CUSD #101 is closed tomorrow, Monday, January 6th, 2025. When school resumes which is hopefully Tuesday, students will start. The teacher in-service will be planned for a later date. Stay safe.

Jr/Sr High School Semester / Final Exams
All students in the Jr / Sr High School are required to take semester exams unless they meet the requirements of the semester exam exemption policy.
1. Only students with absences relating to illness and extreme emergencies will be permitted to make up final exams. If a student cannot take a scheduled exam for good reason, the student’s parents / guardians must contact the Principal’s office in advance of the absence and arrange an approved alternate exam schedule at the teacher’s convenience.
2. Exams are to be given in all classes and to be held in the regular classroom unless the principal grands an exception.
3. All exams are to be confined to the posted exam schedule. All classes must remain in session for the entire period as listed on the semester exam schedule. Teachers are not to allow students to leave early.
4. The semester / final exam has to be equal to a test score.
Semester exam exemption policy
To be exempt from the semester exam in a class, a student must have a 80%, 4 or fewer absences and have no unexcused absences or suspension. No more than 5 tardies for the semester.
Students who are exempt from exams may choose to take the exam in an attempt to better their grade.

Meridian Bobcats and Lady Bobcats Basketball schedules


All student Portrait Retakes Pre-K-12th will be Thursday, December 5th.
Jr. and Senior Organizations, Clubs and Groups will also be taken Thursday. Sports will be at a later date.
The Pulaski Co. Toy Drive presents Bingo Night! The purpose of this event is to have fun and raise money for the children of Pulaski County. There will be a total of 10 games. Prizes will be awarded for each game. Proceeds go to buying toys for the children in need within Pulaski County. Please share and come out & support!

The Meridian Elementary Winter Concert will be on Friday, December 13th in the Elementary Gym, starting promptly at 9 AM. All students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM following the program. If you plan on taking your child with you, please send in a note prior so all staff can be prepared. If you have any questions, please contact the Elementary office at 618-342-6773.
