Attention Pre-K parents!! Just a reminder that ALL parents must attend the orientation before their child can start school. If you have not set up your appointment, please call the school at 618-342-6773 as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

Registration for the new school year is on-going.
If you have not yet registered your child for school, please do so immediately. To speed the process and make it more convenient, everything is on-line! Log on to your child's TeacherEase accout (if returning) or if you have a student new to the District, please come to either school and we will help you complete the necessary information.


The Middle School Softball team will practice everyday this week from 5 PM - 7 PM at the softball fields. All students are required to have an up to date sports physical on file. Any questions or concerns please contact Coach Gatewood.

Meridian High School baseball will begin practice Tuesday, August 1st from 9 AM to 11 AM at the baseball field. All students are required to have an up to date sports physical.

Meridian School District will have registration for the 23-24 school year tomorrow, July 12, and Thursday, July 13. Registration will be online! If you have an email on file with your child's TeacherEase account, you may download the app and log on to complete the registration. TeacherEase is available in the app store for both Android and Iphones. We will have computers available in the elementary and high school lobby for you to use as well. Please bring required documents with you. Also, Community Health will be at the school tomorrow to provide physicals for those students who are required to have them.

Please join Meridian 21st Century for a walk-a-thon for Mental Health Awareness! Friday, July 7th at 9 AM. This event is open to the community, If you wish to participate please meet at the flag pole outside the elementary gym. Cost is $2 to participate.


Men of Power Women of Strength Inc is pleased to announce the next phase of BUILDING BRIDGES project..."The Unified Lock In" at Shawnee Community College on July 28th.
The goal is to continue the relationships formed and build characteristics for the upcoming year.
Together we can make a difference in the lives of our students. If your child is interested in this activity, registration forms can be picked up at Meridian Elementary School.
